Deep Everglades is botanically inspired luxury outdoor skin defense. Our formula is proprietary. We will share ingredient information only once it has been finalized, approved, and reviewed against applicable labeling requirements.
About DEET
DEET has undergone extensive toxicological evaluation. The U.S. EPA has concluded that normal use according to label directions does not present a human health concern under the assessed conditions. Historical EPA assessments classified DEET as Group D — not classifiable as to human carcinogenicity. We respect that evidence; Deep Everglades simply offers a different, botanically inspired approach.
Categories matter
Insect repellents, cosmetics, and sunscreens are regulated differently. The presence of any single ingredient does not by itself establish a finished product's repellency, SPF, or water resistance. Those claims require finished-product testing — and we won't make them until that work is done.
